... was Belinda Carlisle's sixth solo single. It was released on 18 September 1987. It entered the UK charts on 12 December, and reached No. 1 on 16 January 1988. Five later singles have made the Top Ten, but Heaven ... remains her only No. 1.
The Go–Go's' only UK hit single, prior to their break–up in 1985, was their debut release: Our Lips Are Sealed (1981), which made No. 47. Following their reunion in 1991, they returned to the charts with Cool Jerk (No. 60, 1991) and The Whole World Lost Its Head (No. 29, 1994).
The Go–Go's are believed to have been touring in the summer of 2018.
